We’ve been friends for damn near a decade, yet if you tallied up all our in-person time, it might barely add up to a week. Despite the distance, Ayomide has been one of my absolute closest confidants. We’ve been through so much together, and definitely more than one too many of those conversations that will have to be left out of our future memoirs. I already see editors flagging them as “unfit for public consumption” lol. Now, if they don’t find me under the veil and a white dress saying my vows to him on his wedding day, I guess I’ll settle for being in the groomsmen lineup, and eventually, godfather to his kids. It’s been an absolute pleasure watching you grow into the man you are today and achieve so many of the goals you set for yourself over the years. Proud of you always, man! P.S. I still think you paid the Lazarus Group millions to delete our one photo together because I looked better in it.
